Our Approach

AccessAcademy uses Prince2 methodology for all development projects. We work with our clients designated personnel to create an in depth specification of the project, investigate procedures, existing processes,define key aims and the overall scope of the project. Also discussed at this time will be key stakeholders in the project, user groups and any existing processes /systems that require integration and data mapping .
