Training Booking System

Our classroom based training booking module vastly reduces the time and cost of training administration by simplifying the process of selecting and booking training. All the main functions of the system are easily accessed from the main menu screen. Depending on access rights from this screen, a user can create new courses, book delegates on courses or an individual employee can look up what courses they are booked on or have attended. 

Attendee lists and automatic reminders can be generated by the system and "non attendance" information can be sent to a delegate's line manager which is especially important for regulatory compliance training. Reports can be automatically generated from the data within the administration system using the PathFinder Reporting module and sent to a specified recipient on a daily/weekly/monthly basis and can be either previewed or printed in PDF format as required, or exported into Excel.
